O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner to conduct enquiry and to take action. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was called for an enquiry by the respondents police and he is not prepared to attend the enquiry. In view of the same, the police is not in a position to deal with the complaint. 3.In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
