3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent has submitted that the respondent Police has completed the investigation and filed charge sheet against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 459 and 506(i) IPC and Sections 66 C and 66 D of Information Technology Act before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Pudukkottai. 4.The same is recorded. Since the purpose of filing this petition is defeated, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
