This Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the 1st to 4th respondents from granting permission to the 5th to 10th respondents for conducting festival from 06.12.2020 to 08.12.2020 of 1/3

Arulmigu Muthu Kannayee Mariyamman Temple situated at Mavilipatti Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2020. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that peace committee meeting was conducted between the petitioner and the rival groups and they have amicably resolved their issues. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ petition is closed. No costs.
