ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to her and her daughter.

2. The petitioner on her own volition converted into a different religion. Therefore, she is facing the threat from her relatives.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the petition given by the petitioner, the other side relatives were called and they were advised not to interfere with the life of the petitioner and they have also given an undertaking letter that they will not, in any manner, threaten or cause threat to the petitioner.

4. The same is recorded. If and when any further threat is there, the petitioner can immediately report the same to the respondent police and the respondent police shall give protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.
