Respondents Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned summons issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.G7/3048/SP/TEN/2020 dated 24.11.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbear the respondents or their subordinates from harassing the petitioners.
