Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 9 and any further documents not registered disposal of till date and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

In view of the nature of the order passed, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, without notice to the respondents 5 to 9.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it can be seen that the petitioner claims to be an agreement holder and, since the owner of the property has not honored the agreement, the petitioner has already filed 2/5

O.S.No.206 of 2024 on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Madurai, for specific performance, and the same is now pending. The fifth respondent, being the owner of the property, executed a further sale agreement in favour of the other respondents, and the same was also registered. In this regard, the petitioner has made an objections. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. I have also heard the learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4. The petitioner does not want the fourth respondent to deal with the property. Further, pending disposal of the suit, the petitioner has to convince the trial Court, and unless an order of interim injunction is granted, the Sub Registrar cannot prevent the fourth respondent from executing further documents. However, since the petitioner has made objections, if and when any further document is presented at the time of registration, the objections shall be taken up for enquiry as per the procedure and disposed of in the manner known to law.

5. With the above directions and observations, and with liberty kept open to the petitioner to approach the civil Court for such interim relief, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. For the said purpose, the petitioner shall make a fresh objection, along with the copy of this order, by paying the requisite fee. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
