ORDER:

This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.R.sreenivasan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the impugned Final report/charge sheet in C.C.No.139 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, for the present.

2.The reasons assigned by the petitioners for dispensing with the production of certified copy of the impugned Final report/charge sheet in C.C.No.139 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, are not acceptable.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to move the Criminal Original Petition along with the certified copy, once they obtain the same.
