ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to register the sale deed dated 03.06.2025 under TP/221173538/2025.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' sale deed, dated 03.06.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
