Respondents Prayer: The petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey the lands in S.Nos.280(7), 281(2), 281(7B) and patta Nos.3413, 3414 and 3415 situated in Palapathiramapuram Village, V.K.Pudhur Taluk, Tirunelveli District and demarcate the same on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2019. O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey the lands in S.Nos.280(7), 281(2) & 281(7B) and patta Nos.3413, 3414 & 3415 at Palapathiramapuram Village, V.K.Pudhur Taluk, Tirunelveli District and demarcate the same on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2019.

2.Heard Mr.M.Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.In order to survey the land survey and identify the four boundaries at Survey Nos.280(7), 281(2) & 281(7B) and patta Nos.3413, 3414 & 3415 at Palapathiramapuram Village, V.K.Pudhur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner has given a representation on 30.05.2019 to the respondent especially, the first respondent,. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is decided by the first respondent on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner would be decided and needful would be done by the first respondent within a time frame, to be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking into account the innocuous nature of the prayer sought for herein and with the consent of both learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the following direction: That the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2019, and do the needful and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a cop of this order.

6.With this direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
