ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims to be a street vendor. He seeks issuance of certificate and identity card as per the Act.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation states that at present, survey is going on and that after it is over, the petitioner's case will be considered. It appears that this exercise may take about six more months. Based on the said survey, the petition mentioned representation shall be disposed of.
