ORDER

This revision petition has been preferred against that order that was passed by the trial court by condoning the delay of 11 days. 1/3

2.Even though the Court was of the view that on payment of cost by the respondent for the delay, the matter can be disposed of, on going through the record of proceedings, it is seen that a conditional order was passed by this Court on 10.12.2020, by which, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.37,500/- to the credit of the C.C.No.142 of 2020 before the concerned trial Court. The above said amount was also deposited. 3.There is only 11 days in filing the complaint. Even though the reason stated are usual in nature, considering the fact that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.37,500/- before the concerned Court, I find no reason to entertain this revision petition and the revision petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No TM 2/3
