ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed upon the 1/4

petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.673 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, by permitting the petitioner to comply with the reporting condition before the Inspector of Police Kumbakonam East Police Station, Thanjavur District instead of Sawyerpuram Police Station.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner that she has not complied with the condition, since she has complied with the conditions in another case before the Kumbakonam East Police Station and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.673 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police Kumbakonam East Police Station, Thanjavur 2/4

District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
