This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 8222/2026 dated 06.05.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the investigation is completed and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
