Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the entry made in the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned survey number. He has filed an appeal before the respondent. He wants the same to be disposed of.
3. No exception can be taken to the said request. Therefore, the respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This writ petition stands allowed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. No costs. 10.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PMU 2/4
