This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful

disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7702 of 2022, dated 26.04.2022 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 26.04.2022, after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.31 of 2022.
