ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the second and fourth respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that the petitioner's son is a History Sheeted rowdy and in order to ascertain whether the petitioner's son is involved in any further offence, they have visited the petitioner's house and they have not harassed the petitioner.
