RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify one of the condition no.(i) imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, in Crl.M.P.No.3133 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023 i.e., the petitioner shall deposit sum of Rs.50,000/- to the District Mediation Centre, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur from the date of this order.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petitioner was directed to deposit a non refundable amount of Rs.50,000/- to the District Mediation Centre, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, by the order dated 03.07.2023.

2. This petition has been filed seeking modification of the above said condition, stating that the petitioner is unable to mobilise the fund that is order by the trial Court.

3. But however, considering the fact that the above said amount should not be considered as extensive. Hence, I find no reason to interfere into the order that has been passed by the trial Court, dated 03.07.2023 in Cr.M.P. No.3133 of 2023.
