Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- By earlier order dated 25.06.2019, this Court had suspended the sentence and released the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2.Mrs.M.Anandha Devi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 25.06.2019 stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Assistant Sessions Judge, Pattukkottai, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English calendar month until further orders.
