ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 04.08.2014, in a batch of writ petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.9060 of 2014 etc.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have brought to the notice of the Court that the first respondent has passed an order on 21.11.2022, complying with the orders of this Court. However, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the order of the District Collector is yet to be implemented and patta has not yet been issued by the third respondent 2/4

herein. Since the first respondent has already passed an order complying with the orders of this Court, this Court hopes that the third respondent would strictly follow the orders of the District Collector, dated 21.11.2022. The third respondent shall comply with the order of the District Collector within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above said facts, the contempt petition stands closed.
