ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.85 of 2026 dated 1/4

27.04.2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kariyapatti, Virudhunagar District, by permitting the petitioner to comply with the reporting condition before the Inspector of Police Kumbakonam East Police Station, Thanjavur District instead of Kariyapatti Police Station. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner that she has not complied with the condition, since she has complied with the conditions in another case before the Kumbakonam East Police Station and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.85 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kariyapatti, Virudhunagar District, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police Kumbakonam East Police Station, Thanjavur District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for 2/4

interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
