D.No.553/2024 dated 04.12.2024, through Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai in D.No.7382/2024/A dated 07.12.2024 seeking further three months time to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.11 of 2023, this Court made the following Order: "The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai sent a letter, dated 07.12.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.11 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 23.08.2024.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 07.12.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.11 of 2023. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said R.L.T.O.P.No.11 of 2023."
