Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to return the petitioner's original certificates namely 1.B.Tech Degree Certificate, 2.M.Tech. Degree Certificate and 3.M.Tech Mark Statement and also pay the petitioner's salary for the month of October 2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the certificates as claimed by the petitioner would be returned within a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner is not insisting for the payment of salary for the month of October 2016, when the respondents are inclined to return the certificates.

3. Recording the submissions made by both the Counsel, the Writ Petition stands closed, by granting four weeks' time to the respondents 2 and 3 for returning the certificates of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents 2 and 3 on 02.04.2019, on which date, the required certificates be returned to the petitioner by the respondents 2 and
