ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.85 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13969 of 2021 on 21.09.2021.
