ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 5th respondent to take action for the removal of the encroachment made in public pathway.

2. The petitioner himself enclosed a copy of the report of the Tahsildar dated 18.12.2024 which would reveal that the survey was conducted and the subject land is a patta land. Further, the Tahsildar has stated that there is no common pathway in that locality as alleged by the petitioner and thus, the petitioner has not made out any prima facie case for entertaining this writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
