Representation made by the petitioner brother Mr.Muthusamy dated 06.04.2015 and 29.05.2015 seeking and issue individual patta to petitioner's family members name in Survey No.142/3B, Allikulam Village, Tuticorin Taluk and District total extent of 3 Acre 5 Cents.

ORDER

Despite the matter is being posted for orders today. Though, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. M/s.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that competent authority for correction of UDR records is the District Revenue Officer. Admittedly, the District Revenue Officer is not arrayed as a party in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this Court cannot find any merits in the writ petition, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek relief from the competent authority by making appropriate application in accordance with law. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 20.02.2025 gvn 2/4
