ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaint dated 15.04.2025 has not been enquired by the respondent Police has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take action on his complaint dated 15.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.157 of 2025. This complaint according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is lodged as a counter complaint to the complaint of one Gunasekaran. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the said Gunasekaran has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner, which has been registered in Crime No.74 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(ii) BNS. counter complaint, the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 16.04.2025. The respondent Police have conducted the petition enquiry and also closed the same.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's complaint has already been enquired and closed by the respondent Police, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
