ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.16168 of 2023 dated 12.11.2024 wherein this Court has directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking revocation of suspension order. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent had submitted that the enquiry has been conducted and the final orders were passed on 30.08.2025 imposing a punishment of postponement of increment for a period of two years with cumulative effect. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs. 12.09.2025.
