(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to dispose of I.A.No.76 of 2014 in S.A.SR.No.205 of 2014 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, filed by the petitioner to condone the delay in filing the second appeal against the sale conducted by the first respondent/bank.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed an appeal against the sale conducted by the first respondent/bank under SARFAESI Act. Since there is a delay in filing the appeal, he filed an application to condone the delay in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
C.R.P(MD)No.1470 of 2021 filing. The appeal has been filed in the year 2014. So far, no order has been passed in the interlocutory application. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/bank.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, since the application has been pending from the year 2014, without going into the merits of the case, The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.76 of 2014 in S.A.SR.No.205 of 2014, after hearing both sides, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
