O R D E R
The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 12.5.2025 in respect of the property in S.NO.84/30 situated at Melapachankudi Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 . By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, 45 ares of land in S.No.84/30 in the above mentioned village originally belong to the Petitioner's paternal grand-mother Nallammal. However, in UDR records, names of Azhagar and Balakrishnan has been wrongly included. Therefore the Petitioner submitted an appeal before the first respondent on 12.5.2025 seeking correction of UDR records. The said appeal has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ 2/5

4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the appeal preferred by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the Petitioner, dated 12.5.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, third respondent and one Azhagar mentioned in the representation, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
