ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 05.05.2026 and 09.03.2026 and to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint is with respect to the cheating of money by the respondents 3 to 5. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, this writ petition is filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.96 of 2026 was issued and enquiry is pending.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
