Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 11.09.2016 submitted to the 1st respondent filed against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.2286/2016 Ve.Se.Sa, dated 06.09.2016 in which, the 2nd respondent rejected the petitioner's application to waive petitioner's agricultural loan with the 4th respondent society. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 11.09.2016 filed against the proceedings dated 06.09.2016 in Na.Ka.No.2286/2016 Ve.Se.Sa passed by the 2nd respondent, wherein the petitioner's request to waive agricultural loan with the 4th respondent Society has been rejected.

2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupaty, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent. By https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 11.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
