O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the very same day of surrender in Crime No.192 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.07.2023 and on the same day he was produced before the Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the relief sough for in this petition has become infructuous.
