2. It is stated that the petitioner has already made a representation on 01.07.2016 to the fourth respondent and the said representation seeking for grant of Patta is still pending for consideration.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation seeking for grant of Patta, it is for the respondents, more particularly, the fourth respondent to consider the said request and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.07.2016, on merits and accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
