ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to hand over the key of Sree Marudhamaram Sudalaimadasamy Temple to the petitioner, which is situated at Varthagareddipatti Village, Tuticorin Taluk, Tuticorin District for conducting temple festival scheduled from 15.07.2025 and 22.07.2025 as per proceedings dated 07.07.2000 passed by the first respondent by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025.
2. Admittedly, the fourth respondent herein has filed O.A.No.30 of 2023.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the Joint Commissioner, HR and CE Department, has passed on order dated 09.07.2025, whereby it has been decided to appoint an 2/4
Executive Officer to manage the temple affairs until the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is resolved.
