This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 4th respondent not to interfere and allow the petitioners to live peacefully with their family members https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there are three previous cases against these petitioners, which are as follows:

1) Alanganallur P.S.Crime No.318/2014 under Section 379 IPC;

2) Alanganallur P.S.Crime No.388/2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 353, 427, 506(ii) IPC & 4 of TNPHW Act;

3) Palamedu P.S.Crime No.120/2016 under Section 392 IPC.

3. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted. If the petitioners are involved in any offences, it is the duty of the Police to register a case against them that cannot be interdicted. Hence, this petition is closed. No costs.
