Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 for to harass petitioner and her family members by considering the petitioner representation dated 06.08.2019, in accordance with law within the stipulated time.

O R D E R
The writ petition is filed by way of notorious accused alleging that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner during night hours under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the allegations are imaginary and false and in order to prevent the police from discharging their exercise, the present writ petition is filed making personal allegation against the officials, who want to take action against the petitioner and her husband, who is involved in four murder cases and few other grave offences.
3. The representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2019, attributes motive against the sixth respondent as if an attempt has been made to file a false case against her husband. The 6th respondent has visited her house on 04.08.2019 for searching her husband and informed her to inform the police as soon as, whenever her husband came to home. However, the same is denied by the police and it is stated that no such occurrence took place, which is now being used as a weapon for the violators of law to make false allegation against the police, as if their rights have been violated, even if they discharge their duty in order to maintain the law and order.
4. Going by the records and the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no serious misconduct on the part of the concerned respondent, even if the petitioner is correct, the 6th respondent went to her house only to search of her husband and he asked the petitioner herein to inform whereabouts of her husband. This cannot be termed as violation of right, which requires action against higher officials. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
