This civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai city to expedite RLTOP No.93 of 2020 and dispose of the same within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the above RTLOP in the year 2020. However, the respondent has got adjournments nearly 24 times for filing her written statement. He has also drawn the attention of this Court to the B-diary extract. Therefore, he is before this Court with the above prayer. 3.This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, directs the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai City to dispose of the petition in RLTOP No.93 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
