O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to pay the medical claim amount to the petitioner account, within one month or time stipulated directed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the amount payable to the petitioner has already been paid and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 2/5

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to approach the appellate authority challenging the reimbursement amount.

4. In view of the submissions made by the parties, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority. No costs.
