[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 09.04.2021, made in W.A.(MD) No.1540 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has forwarded necessary proposal, dated 25.04.2022, agreeing with the claim made by the petitioner, to the Principal Secretary / Commissioner, Commissionerate of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management, Chennai-5 and the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed earlier. To that effect, learned Special Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the communication of the respondent dated 25.11.2022, before this Court.
