ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.18619 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1283 of 2025, dated 07.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for 62 days. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
