When the petitioner herein had sought for transfer with the fourth respondent herein through his representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.19234 of 2020 24.11.2020, the same was kept pending without consideration, which promoted into file the writ petition.

2.Today when the matter was called, the learned Standing counsel for the fourth respondent has produced a copy of the Official Memorandum, dated 23.12.2020, whereby, the university rejected the petitioner's request dated 24.11.2020. Thus the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection order, liberty is hereby granted to challenge the same in accordance with law.

3.With the above liberty, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
