ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to jointly allow the parties to celebrate the Consecration of the temple by name Arulmigu Sri Muthuirulappa Swamy and Sri Muthuirulayee Amman along with Sri Karuppana Swamy Temple, situated at Mustakurichi Village, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that a rival group is not allowing to form a committee to conduct the festival of the temple. Accordingly, the Tahsildar / third respondent has conducted a Peace Committee Meeting on 20.06.2025, during which the following resolution was passed: 2/7

3. Both parties have signed the said resolution. Therefore, the Tahsildar / third respondent is directed to permit the parties to conduct the festival based on the resolution passed in the Peace Committee Meeting dated 20.06.2025. The parties are directed to strictly adhere to the terms of the said resolution.Any deviation from the resolution will be viewed seriously and dealt with in accordance with law.
4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
