2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.659 of 2010, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of ten years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks one month time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
