ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to

withdraw the case in HMOP.No.148 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tamabaram and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The respondent has entered appearance and also filed a counter affidavit.

3. The petitioner appears to have filed DVOP.No.9 of 2022 before the Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputur against the respondent and her in-laws. The respondent in turn has filed HMOP.No.148 of 2022 before the Sub Court, Tambaram. The petitioner seeks for transfer of the aforesaid HMOP.No.148 of 2022 for being transferred to Sub Court, Srivilliputur.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the fact that the petitioner is residing in Srivilliputur along with her parents, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.148 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tamabaram is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputur. The the Sub Court, Tamabaram is directed to transmit the papers to the transferee Court forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
