This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering with the petitioner street vending business at Opposite to Rani Petrol Bunk, Theppakulam, Trichy and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that so far the respondents have not received any representation from the petitioner. The submission is recorded. 3.Recording the said aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), this writ petition is closed. The 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of Two weeks from the receipt of copy of the order. No cost.
