The medical reports of each of the candidates / petitioner, pursuant to the Review Medical Examination, have been produced before this Court, along with copies of guidelines for Review Medical Examination for Central Armed Police Force and Assam Rifles, prescribing the norms for fitness of the candidates. Since the reports of the Review Medical Specialist and the co-relating guidelines for fitness/unfitness requires to be co-related or distinguished by a Medical Expert, the Dean of Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai is requested to refer these individual R.M.E. reports and the co-relating guidelines/ norms, for the opinion of a Specialist, in their hospital, on the following aspects: (a) the opinion of the Specialist of the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai shall indicate the similarities / variances of the findings between the Review Medical 11/12

Examination(R.M.E) report and the guidelines/ norms for R.M.E.; and (b) Whether the findings in the R.M.E. report pursuant to the physical examination, are in conformity with the norms prescribed under the guidelines?

3. The copies of the reports of the R.M.E., along with the corelating prescribed norms as per the guidelines, are enclosed herewith, as annexures.

4.Since the candidates have already been subjected to detailed Medical Examination and Review Medical Examination, no further physical impression of the candidates are required and hence, the Dean shall not encourage any of the candidates in person, approaching the concerned Specialist for any re-examination or clarification.

5. As the case stands posted for hearing on 01.04.2021, the Dean of Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai shall endeavour to assign the aforesaid task to the concerned Specialist and obtain their impression and supply a copy of the same before this Court, atleast before 01.04.2021.
