Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent herein in his proceedings in Moo.Mu.No.51494/G4/2016 dated 31.05.2018 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the 1st Respondent herein to rehear the appeal filed by our management within a time stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to pass order on the appeal filed by the petitioner as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.12461 of 2018 dated 13.11.2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents-1 & 2 has filed a communication, dated 16.08.2019 in Na.Ka.No.1941/U2/2019-1 before this Court by stating that the second respondent / Joint Director seeks time for a period of four weeks to comply the order, dated 13.11.2018 in W.P.(MD)No.12461 of 2018.

3. Accepting the above said communication, dated 16.08.2019, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. The copy of the said communication, dated 16.08.2019 shall form part of this order.
