O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for disposal of his representation, dated 16.11.2016, wherein and whereby he sought for transfer of patta in respect of the land in dispute, which is admittedly standing in the name of one Bose, who is said to be the brother of the petitioner's husband. The said person has not added as party respondent in this writ petition. However, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the said person, by name, Bose, or any other interested parties. The respondent shall pass such an order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
