O.P. No.7067 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 herein by this Honorable Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.7067 of 2019

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl. O.P. No.7067 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl. O.P. No.7067 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
