Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant appropriate prior permission with necessary police protection for conducting Kabadi Match, which is scheduled to be held on 09.12.2016 and 10.12.2016 in Kaliamman Play Ground, Alanganallur Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant appropriate prior permission with necessary police protection for conducting Kabadi Match, which is scheduled to be held on 09.12.2016 and 10.12.2016 in Kaliamman Play Ground, Alanganallur Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.11.2016.

2.Mr.K.P.Krishnadass, learned Government Advocate, took notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has produced a copy of the alternation final report stating the FIR in Crime No.388 of 2016 stands registered under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 353, 427 506(ii) IPC r/w 4 of TNPHW Act @ 147, 148, 294(b), 353, 506(ii) IPC r/w 4 of TNPHW Act & 3 of TNPPDL Act & Section 48(3) Tamilnadu Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Servie Instititions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to property), Act against the accused persons and the petitioner herein has arrayed as A5. 5.In the above circumstances, this court is of the considered view that if the permission is granted to conduct Kabadi Match on 09.12.2016 and 10.12.

2016, as per the representation of the petitioner, 29.11.2016, it will create law and problem. Hence, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. 6.In the result, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
